James Christopher Phillips and Collect America are a bunch of paid thugs and hoodlums that will stop at nothing, using company resources for their personal vendettas.
Harrassement, threats of bodily harm, phone calls, visits in the middle of the night are all part of their strategy to scare, intimidate, and extort money from inocent people.
We, do not owe any debts to anyone, much less to James Christopher Phillips or Collect America, but we have been the target of internet smear campaigns, threats and harrassment in an attempt to collect a non-existant debt.
After repeated phone calls and letters to the president of Collect America and to James Christopher Phillips, in an effort to clarify this misunderstanding, all to no avail, we were forced to file a police report and a lawsuit against them.
To this day, it seems that this out of control gang of theives has no fear or respect for any legal authority, because their vendetta has not stopped or diminished.
Possibly the only way to stop them is by being awarded a large sum for damages in court, which we are in the process of doing.
We are hoping that James Christopher Phillips and Collect America will come and knock on our door in the middle of the night once more, they will be amazed at the response they will receive.

This is an attempt for Cross America to "respond" to my complaint against them. Phones calls were made to them by myself and not on behalf of Collect America. This is fact.

Jaycob does not respond to any of my complaints, only falsified accounts of "visits in the middle of the night" and "threats of bodily harm."

The plaintiff had a default judgment against Krii (Krii failed to appear.) The plaintiff has yet to collect on the money due to Krii avoiding phone calls, summons, etc.
