I was going to honor my commitment of ordering 5 CD's at regular club prices. I had 6 CD's in my shopping cart. I wanted to go to the checkout page to review my choices and to see how many would be credited toward my commitment.

I clicked "go to checkout." The next screen to appear was "Thank you for your order." I never clicked a "Confirm Order" or "Submit."

I immediately sent them an email to let them know that I did not place this order. 3 days later I received a response saying that the order could not be stopped; that I could return the CD's - at my expense!!!

Why should I pay to send it back? They screwed up. So I kept the 6 CD's, only one of which was credited towards my commitment.

I need to buy a few more before the end of the month. If I don't, they'll send me some CD's of their choice and bill my credit card........unless I cancel the credit card, ha ha!!!
