I purchased two sets of their FRS Radios with a $25 rebate each ($50 total) back in October 2003 at Fry's Electronics.

After waiting 17 weeks I called them January 29, '04 and was told I would receive the rebates in 1 to 2 weeks. Four weeks later, I called again and this time was told 3 weeks. Three weeks later, I called again - they would not give me an answer.

I shot two emails to them and neither got a responcse other than an automated response to the first one. April 12th, I called their 1-800 number - the voicemail box was full. Finally I called their 631-501-5000 number and once again was told that I would receive the rebate in 1 to 2 weeks.

Frankly, I don't believe them. It has been over 27 weeks and the only excuse I heard was "overwhelming response" to their rebate program.

I strongly recommend that nobody buy their products. If you have and you haven't received a promised rebate: Let Your Voice Be Heard!
