COMBINED INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA COMBINED INSURANCE COMPANY SELLS FRAUDULENT INSURANCE POLICIES - BEWARE!!! glenview, Illinois
COMBINED INSURANCE COMPANY SOLD CANCER AND INDEMNITY INSURANCE POLICIES IN MY (NOW DECEASED) SON'S NAME, AND WHEN HE WAS DIAGNOSED REFUSED TO PAY BENEFITS AND KEPT THE PREMIUMS. I SUED THEM IN FEDERAL COURT (JUDGE JONKER GRAND RAPIDS, MI), THIS JUDGE OUTRAGEOUSLY DISMISSED THE CASE IN FAVOR OF COMBINED INSURANCE COMPANY, WHO INITIATED THE SALE OF THE POLICIES (THROUGH PRESSURE TACTICS), MISREPRESENTED THE POLICIES, FALSELY ACCUSED THE INSURED OF FRAUD, KEPT TH PREMIUMS, AND THIS DISGUSTING JUDGE AWARDED IN THEIR FAVOR. MY ATTORNEYS WANT TO APPEAL TO SIXTH CIRCUIT COURT, BUT NEED FUNDS, WHICH I DON'T HAVE FOR THE APPEAL.
THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS, AND NEVER SHOULD BE ALLOWED IN THIS COUNTRY!!! THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED. SEE OTHER REPORTS HERE. DO NOT BUY FROM COMBINED INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDS!

I am very sorry for your loss. Unfortunately, Combined preys on people who don't read the fine print. Any future claim filed they say falls under the "discovery period" which means they can deny it. It is the lowest form of predatory tactics but it is legal. I wish you well in your fight against Combined.They are bottom feeders. Everyone else, please let this be the cautionary tale. STAY AWAY FROM COMBINED!
