Comboink comboink.com Failed to deliver my order and refusal to refund my money Union City Ca.
On March 21,2020 I order ink cartridges on line for my printer. They promise delivery in 2-3days. It has been several weeks and I did not recieve my order, so I called customer service and they said once it has shipped it is no longer their problem and that the only way I can get a refund is if I return the order I did not recieve. It has now been 4 weeks since I placed and paid ofr my order and I have still not recieved my order or a refund.
