After we called to report trouble with our service, Comcast sent a tech to our house. While working on the cable, he cut our phone lines and satellite wires. These weren't attached to their equipment, not in his way, and did not belong to Comcast. He didn't tell us what he damaged and left them dangling outside. We filed a report with Damage Claims in Houston about 4 months ago. Our claim was assigned to Napolean Cromwell or Conoway. He takes weeks to return phone calls, promises to handle the situation, and then does nothing. This goes on and on and on. He NEVER answers his phone. We left a message with his supervisor, Michael Taylor, and he never bothered to return the call either. We've called the general Comcast line and always get re-routed to the same Claims office in Houston that does nothing. Damage Claims in Houston are completely mishandled! We finally decided to just cancel all of our services with Comcast and go with Att U-verse.
