I search on Internet to open a e-commerce merchant account. I saw their advertisment with the promise of Low 0.39% Rate, No Hidden Fees. Free Terminal & 24/7 Live Support.
I have to tell you, they are all lie. I got to into a contract with them to have $14.95 monthly fees but I end getting charged more than $79.00 monthly fee and whenever I called, different people say different thing and for the 3 months that I was with them, I didn't get a straight answer what are those charges are. not to mention it took them more than 2 weeks to deposit my successful authorized transation into my bank account rather than 2 days. I do not recommend them. They have many hidden fees and the rates that they advertise are not true. BE AWARE
