Why should Gena have to jump through hoops to prove she does NOT owe the money? I have a better idea. This company can submit in writing to Gena why they think she owes the money including all supporting documentation. It must be received in between 11:00am and 1:00pm on the first Monday of the month during a full moon. Allow 12-16 weeks for a reply. Not responsible for lost or misdirected submissions. Must be postmarked by last week. Never trust anybody from Los Angeles area. Not even me.
