Mailed check 0n 9-29-03 to purchase book, Americas secret cash giveaways. Book was to have been written by Stephen Young. As this is November 1, 2003 and I still have not received said book, decided to look up info on the net and that is where I found the ripoff report. So am reporting ripoff here. Would like to have money back or book.
