This site offers a variety of search and investigation tools "all for one low price of $29.95" The problem is, once you pay and access the secure site, you find out all you get is a bunch of links to other websites that you can find yourself by typing "background check" into GOOGLE (or any other search engine). If you want a report such as "background records" it tells you you have 5 points (I imagine this is the default) and you need to "spend" 4 to get the background report. If you click yes, the system appears to be searching - however, you can wait up to 1/2 hour and it never comes back with anything - you begin to wonder if it is frozen and click on anything (back)(refresh) and suddenly you're back to the home page and you note you have 1 point left... and they have a "buy points" button, of course.
If you email them through the "contact us" feature you will NEVER get an answer. There is no way to contact the company otherwise. ALSO, if you choose any other "background report" that requires you spend 0 of your points you will get a link to another search company that will gladly get you the information you want for... you guessed it... another fee. THIS SITE IS RIDICULOUS, the owners should be EMBARASSED, and NOBODY should pay A DIME to access this so called service. If you want to give away $30 dollars I suggest you hand it to a starving person on the street and do the world some good vs. giving it to these JOKERS!
