I purchased what I was led to believe was this...Full Search Results Access for xxxxxxxx, Plus 1 Year Unlimited* Search Pass , Plus ACCESS to 1 Year of Unlimited Criminal Records Searches. I confirmed the purchase then went to the website. Once there I did a search for what I was told was court records on me. I was curious what was there and searched. It found court records, but everything I clicked on to see, the site wanted me to pay more. It was not what I was led to believe I had purchased so I contacted the company by email. There is no phone number anywere nor an actual mailing address. The response I got was basically too bad. You purchased this. I tried cancelling this order within 15 minutes of purchasing. They are not willing to refund my money.
