They tore up my roof to get it paid for by my insurance company. First they talked me in to a free inspection. They convincved me to let the tarp my roof. After that they came back to check on my tarp the morning before the Ins co. arrived. My Ins told me they are paying for the roof but watching this guy closely. Said he has been suspect at manufacturing damage. My neighbors said they saw him lifting and struggeling to tear shingles loose. Even though my insurance company said they were paying for roof they advised me major scam. Customers waiting for months for roofs to be delivered. I went with some one else and would advise any one not to let Completely Covered Restoration LLC. or any of its staff on the roof. No wonder This guy has worked for so many companies.  One of his companies he worked for was ordered out of Il. Not doing work after picking up checks.  My brother in law found thier number affiliated with other companies grade f at the bbb.  Roofing rip up or rip off insurance fraud artists ? You decide!

My name is Joe Fiore I am the owner of Completely Covered Restoration and am very proud of our company and our employees. I am very takin back after reading this report... Let's look at the facts!!!! This customer signed a contract with our company to help them threw out the insurance claim. As we promissed we would meet the adjuster at the customers house to go over storm damage. Which we did and the insurance company agreed to the damage we found.. The insurance companies report states hail and wind damage. There Is nothing at all in the report about any other types of damage... As our contract states if we are able to get the roof approved for full replacement then the customer would allow us to do the work. After customer received paper work and approval of replacement then and only then did they decide to use someone from there family to do the work... We tried to explain the contract to them and let them know we have already put several hours into getting there roof replaced. We also explained that they agreed to the contract and expect them to honor there word as we have... After this conversation this homeowner started to make false statements and threaten our company . We told the customer that the insurance ha already made there claim of storm damage and did not state Any other damage... Look at the facts.... We have zero complaints from the BBB, and we work closely with all insurance companies on a daily basis... All I ask is you read between the lines and look at the facts... If you look at the facts the only thing you will see is we fulfilled our contract and the customer did not.. Those are the facts.. Please be careful of the complaints on this website, do to anyone can write whatever they want about a company with out showing any proof, also this website does not notify the business's that there is a complaint. We at CCR are a family company and have several families that work for us and it is not fair for them to be bashed without proof... We have several References and would love to prove how good of a company we are..
