Compliance Poster Service Fraudulent Bill Received Indianapolis Indiana
I received a bill in the mail stating my payment was due by 02/04/2021 and it has a record ID and tries to make you think that you have to pay them $94.00 for a Labor Laws poster or face Federal fines in excess of $ 7,000. Stating the poster is required if you have even only one employee. (Huge sign it is a scam) If I am the only employee I am not required to display that. Secondly their business address listed on the bill is a UPS Store in Broad Ripple..there is no phone number to contact (that way when they rip you off you cannot call them).
In VERY small writing it says they are not government affiliated but you would have to look really hard to see it. I can see where a person might just pay this and think they had to and that is their plan. That is really shady and they are NOT legit.
FYI you can these posters at almost no cost DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE SCAMMERS
