I ordered a hand held computer from CompUSA in October of 2001 and was to receive a $100 cash rebate after submitting the necessary documents. This information was sent certified mail to CompUSA Offer #4173, PO Box 821, New Rocelle, NY 10802 on 7 Nov 2001. A Mr BruceE. Stone signed for the document on 13 November. I have written a letter to this address inquiring about the refund, but have not received either the refund or a response to my letter.

The number should be posted in the entrance or exit of the local store.<--- This should be a last ditch effort, but the store and regional staff have been charged to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Hope this helps.

If you have any problems with CompUSA's rebates, there are many steps to get this resolved, the first is to go to compusa.com and click on rebate center. There is a spot here for you to check the status of your rebate. If that does not work, go to the store and ask to speak to the Manager on Duty. They are trained to handle your rebate issues at the store level. Many times they can resolve the issue before you leave the store or give you a phone # where you can get an answer. If all of the above does not work, call the Regional manager. --->The number should be posted in the entrance or exit of the local store.<--- This should be a last ditch effort, but the store and regional staff have been charged to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Hope this helps.
