On sunday, 08/16/2015 my dell desk top sustem crashed. I contacted computer paramedics on Mon and took my system in for diagnostics/repair. I had indicated that I do daily monitoring of my 3 bank accounts as well as indicating that I was a retired Office of Personnel Management employee and was a possible victim of their system hack of personal information. That being indicated I also told them that I receive alerts by email of  fraud on my information. On Wed 8/19 I called to check the status and was told that the tech who does home systems was out sick and that they would try to get another tech if he was to be out thurs. I indicated my need to get this system back ASAP an the said they would try.

I returned a call on thurs afternoon and was told that the tech was still out sick and that they could not locate a back up tech. They appalogized but to me this is unacceptable customer service, especially since they had not even fired up the system to even determine it's problem. Then I noticed they also had their services to the state of Ala.  On Fri morning I went to them, retreived my system, told them this was a big problem and took my system to Office Depot in town. Office Depot fired it up on the spot, indicated it could be one of two issues and would call me later. On Sat they called and indicated the hard drive needed replacing and ask me to come in, sign a contreat for repair, pay the standard fees and said they will try to have it rady on Mon 8/24.  They called Sun Morning and said my system was ready.
