We have these morons as our condo management firm, they also manage 56 unsold condos for the complex developer.
The office is difficult to deal with, they are unresponsive and are mistake prome. Just one example is putting our condo quarterly payments into the developers account rather than our own Assn. account. This is a real screw up and for six weeks I politely asked them if they had made a mistake, got totally ignored. They only paid attention when I filed with the Fla DBPR, then they paid attention.
Here is one site about them: http://concordmanagementltd.blogspot.com/, also take a look at a site which gives info about their 'Flagship' property Northbridge Apts, in Orlando, at one time it got an 'F' rating from the BBB. See: http://northbridgesucks.blogspot.com/ and here is the blogsite I have for our Nautilus Cove Condo in Panama City Beach, Fla: http://nautiluscondosrules.blogspot.com/
The firm has about 140 properties in 7 states, do some reading from the above sites and you will find out just how bad this outfit is.

Parking seems like a big issue for you. So when you were looking at the apartment complex you of course asked them about the parking situation.
Most complex's allow two
- While I can't speak for your area specifically I haven't heard of apartment complexes assign more than one space per unit regardless of how many cars they have. Parking is always at a premium, because of the higher density residency of the complexes.
Thirty dollars a month for parking is insane !
- 1 Dollar a day is pretty good. I guess if they wanted to make it less "insane" they could just increase everyone's rent $30 and have "free" parking.
These people are nuts if they think i am going to pay for parking
- Perhaps if you paid for parking you would have a sticker and wouldn't get towed.
