I wrote in two days ago about CMS taking almost $300 from me without my consent. ($66 the first time, $249 the second time). After contacting the company and telling them I misunderstood their representatives thinking I would only be billed $66 for one year, they will now only be sending me $66 worth of magazines and refunding my account with the extra $249. The reason they took all of the money out at once is because they had called me on 1/23 and explained to me that if I paid in full (which I STILL thought was only $66) that I would get a $25 discount on the full price. Not knowing how expensive these freakin magazines really ARE, I agreed. The representative I spoke to didn't give the full amount on the phone of course, because this is the shadiest company I've ever heard of. After speaking to someone from CMS this morning, I will be getting all the money they took out credited to my account within 30 days and will never have contact with them again. Good luck to everyone else out there and try the same thing I did.
