I rented a shed from this company, things started out good until one payment was missed the shed is now been reposessed by unlicensed reposession personel, and with out an order of reposession. This company has a bad habbit of taking payment but then taking their buildings back.
Documentation has been offered to the company to prove payments and all they can say is "your wrong" The next complaint is to the consumer finacial protecttion and the federal trades commission alomg with the BBB. These other complaints being filed are because this company refuses to follow the fair debt collection practices

To the person who responded to my complaint, I am glad to hear you did not have any issues with them. Believe me or not one missed payment yes they sent the repo man for the shed, when I asked to see his Fl license for repossession he called the company video evidence is a great thing since he stated he did not have that license nor did the company have a writ of possession from the courts. Now as far as giving my account information out I have a dozen people not including family who heard the conversation on speaker phone. Believe me if you want or don't because the way this looks right now how do I know your not an employee of the company trying justify illegal activities. P.S. Re-Read your contract because you cannot be charged tax on a rental structure it is considered a building, one company already got in trouble for this.

I find this hard to believe. All repo agents have to have be licensed thru the state. How do you know that he wasn't legal? My son does repo's and there is a lot that he had to endure to become one, including testing and mandated classes to become even an E.
I just paid off my two story BARN today. Consolidated Rentals have worked with my thru my financial crisis last year. They were generous and concerning. I would rent from them again. When I requested a print out of my payments and what was my balance, they sent me one.
Personally, I think you are leaving out a lot of information. You signed a contract, it was your obligation to make the payements, just as if you bought a new car. After three months of non-payment, it goes up for repossession.
When I was in the hospital recently, they called several times to contact me for paying the final installment. So, I don't believe a word you are saying. Not one. You are looking for a pity trip and anyone who believes you is a fool.
If you sue them, I hope they request an affaidment from me.
