Consumer Bill They somehow took money out of my checking account without approval Internet
When I recieved my bank statement this month it had a check submitted and paid by my bank for payment. I knew I did not know these people or have ever talked to them or agreed to let them into my bank account.
I have no idea where or how they got my Bank account number. The check that was presented and cashed by them was not even one of my checks.....how do they get the money out without my knowledge? I have no idea.
When you call the 888 number it is a recording that tells you contact them on the internet with any questions you may have and then it hangs up. Of course the web address is bogus.
I want my money back and I want them to answer for what they have done to me and the many other complaintees who have had such dealings with them.
I am on a fixed income and this caused many of my checks to bounce, thus at $32.00 per overdraft fee, its costing me alot.
Thank you for listening and I hope somebody can help us out. I am afraid to use my checking acount for fear they will come back again and take even more.
