I first started this in January so that I could make a new start for my kids and myself. I am a single parent of two and times are already rough without the help of creditors calling me and wanting to garnish my wages. I only make a set income and every penny is accounted for. The first day that I put all my information in they contacted me every day. Once they got the $195 I had to call constantly and email. Of course all calls went to an automated machine saying to leave a message due to large call volumns. This was all the time. Then finally somebody would send me an email saying that my "Case Coordinator Greg" was sick or that they were behind, or that there machines broke down. I even received an email that stated they were using the wrong email address and that they would resend my information to me that day or that night. Well nothing was sent ever. I am now out of $195 plus have to try and refile my case somewhere else. I couldn't afford it then and can't afford it now. These people are dirt-bags and have no remorse for the wrong that they do. I have several emails from them stating that they would get back to me and that I would get my papers. I have sent several emails to them stating that I would send more people to them as soon as i received my papers for my claim and they would email me right back. I wouldn't send an enemy of mine to them much less one of my friends. These people are no good and there web site should be banned and they should be prosecuted to the fullest. They should not get away with stealing money from people who need help.

This is the statement regarding "Greg Bohl". Had you of sent me my information I would not of had to find out the you were a rip-off. The same excuses that you and your so-called company used on me are the same excuses that you used for a lot of people. The same excuses that you used in June of 2006 on a Mr. Ceasar Bernales in California. Not only did you use those same lame excuses you were also fined to pay $2000 to the debtor and an additional $2000 to the US Trustee. Not to mention also prohibited to prepare anymore bankruptcy cases in the Central District of California. You never answered my phone calls, you never answered my emails, and you never gave me what I paid for. The only time that I actually spoke to you on the phone was when you first found out that I wanted to file bankruptcy, then again when I was giving you my account information for the $195. I sent you several emails and the only thing that I got was that your machines broke down, that you were behind with other bancruptcy claims or that you were out of the office sick. Well I hate to tell you maybe you need to go back to law shoool because as it states in your web-site that I should of received my bankruptcy forms in 2-3 days not 2-3 months or never. You and your web-site are what they call "Making false advertisements". Not only that riping off people that need help the most. The last emails that I sent you requested that I got my money back. I was ripped off by you and all I ask is for my money back. I want my money back for your lack of services. You should be very ashamed of yourself and the things that you do.

The report made by Chanel completely fails to mention that we completed and e-mailed all of her completed bankruptcy forms to her (approximately 57 pages of completed forms) based on information that she provided to us in her online Bankruptcy Questionnaire. After receiving the completed forms, Ms. Chanel requested that we make changes to her forms. In her report, she states that "Well nothing was ever sent." This allegation is completely false. If I could, I would attach her entire completed bankruptcy forms to this rebuttal. As I recall, I spoke to Ms. Chanel on one occasion and gave her information about our bankruptcy services. I'm not sure how this makes me a "dishonest, jive turkey, scoundrel, etc., etc." If I'm a crook, why would I have completed 57 pages of detailed bankruptcy forms and e-mail them to her in the first place? I have looked more and more into this so called company and this had been going on for a some years now. If there is anybody that can help with getting compensation for being ripped off it would be appreciated. I don't know what to do now about filing another Chapter 7 being that I am also dealing with creditors calling me, and the fact that I was scamed out of money that I didn't have in the first place, if there is help other than on line that would be great.

I am so sorry for your loss. I hate companies like this with a passion. I work for a credit repair company but we in no way run like that. Counseling and consolidation you really have to look our for. Next time you speak with them ask them their terms and conditions. Also, did you sign any kind of contact with them? If so, read it over carefully. If you cant afford a lawyer the city can try to get you one at a very low price. Just call the courthouse and they will be very helpful. We have four people on staff. I answer the phones and all the questions. I have also have 3 years of legal background from the courthouse. One of the dispute ladies is also a mortgage broker, and we also have two other people handling disputes as well. Josh, our boss is almost always in the office, so if you EVER have a problem with us (although I highly doubt you will) you can always talk to him personally. We do everything by e-mail and we just spend 10000 dollars to upgrade our systems to make sure you get optimal results.
