Consumer First Tampa, Florida ripoff deceptive company Tampa Florida
I received a letter from this "Company" stating that I was pre-approved for a credit card with a credit line of $5,000! So, I could either send them $45.00 or $49.00 (rush fee) for this card. However, it's been over a month and I have not heard nor received anything from this "company". So this morning, I decided to a little investigating. After only about 2 minutes did I come to realize through my searching on the Internet that this "company" is a JOKE. I called them twice.
The first time I called their "Customer Service" I got a recording. The second time, I spoke with someone who said his name was Nas. He told me that I should receive my card sometime this week. (So much for a rush!) Anyways, I told him about the information that I had read about his company on the internet. I specifically asked him if this was a real credit card or one to be used only for products his company sells.
He informed me that the latter was true. Furious, I told him that I wanted my money back. He said I'd have to wait until I received the package in the mail, then I coudl return it for a full refund. I am anxiously awaiting this so called package. We'll see, I'll keep you updated...................................................
