Girl I am truely sorry that consumers go through half of the crap with these scammers. The first thing to do always is to contact the financial institution were your payment is drafted from. Tell them that you paid for a service that the company did not fulfill and that you need an investigation done to retrive your funds. Check cards with VISA, MASTERCARD, and other credit card suppliers have the obligation of helping their customers go after and tract these theives..
