On October 24, 2005 I gave Copeland Marketing $699.00 to rent my timeshare points in Fairfield (good at any location).
Once they had my money, the agent (Rick H**)refused to return phone calls and never contacted me with a prospective renter.
Last week (July 6, 2006) Rick called me. He tried to sign me up as a new customer. When I identified myself as a current customer, he said he would check on my listing and call me "right back". Needless to say, he never called back.
I am filing additional complaints with the Florida and Maryalnd attorneys general and the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida, which has already revoked the Copeland Marketing memebership because of repeated complaints.

Hi Lee, I'm wondering if you know that posing as the Attorney General's ofiice and John Tanner is a serious crime. You can send your illegal letters as long as you want. Any individual who thinks that letter could possibly come from a government agency is a complte idiot. I do not need to defend my company on this ridiculas website. I just want to let you know that the next time I see you, you'll be behind bars. You can stop with the typing error comments. You are brain damaged and I have a genetically pristine mind. F you.

Andrea, you are hard to believe....or should we all refer to you as "Michelle"? Your company did not promise advertising to this person.....you promised that their timeshare would be presented on a "FACE TO FACE" basis! As far as Rick "H" goes.... You know better that anyone that many of your employees do not use their real name on the phone...."Michelle"..!!! Your comment regarding posting your own "ADVERTISMENT" and complaining about yourself is extremely professional----I'm sure all of us that read this will have much more confidence in your company... It is hard to believe that you have over 200 Complaints at the Better Business Bureau and most impressively, even incredulous, that you, as the company owner, do not know how to spell the word "Advertisement"....

Copeland finally refunded my money, after I filed a complain with the Better Business Bureau, but accused me of slander.
