I am a bit surprised by this posting. Typically when a person registers a complaint they would usually do so because they were ripped off just as this site suggests. Much to my surprise this complaint does not address anything about being ripped off because it never happened. In fact COR Development Group feels ripped off due to COR having an impeccable reputation, and an angry venture partner's attempt to tarnish that good name. We did right by Panos D. Gianneotis President of Placer Diamond Mining Corp. We honored our contract as a principal not a broker to service ASSET VENTURE PARTNER P. D. Gianneotis, President of Placer Diamond Mining Corp's needs. The actions taken by Panos Gianneotis, namely, shopping his asset with other entities even after signing our exclusive agreement, created an environment which ultimately doomed the success of our partnership. We could not commit to a Joint Venture Partner's asset that was not exclusive. WE ACCEPTED NO MONEY FOR OUR EFFORTS NOR DID WE ASK FOR ANY. The time and cost was at the expense of COR Development Group, Inc. and no one else. We honored our agreement with Placer Diamond Mining Corp professionally and courteously. Our agreement was simple, if we were not successful in placing the asset we would return Placer Diamond Mining Corp's asset back to its' President Panos D. Gianneotis via overnight express. We did exactly that, and what we received in return was an attempt to blindside our good name. Certainly if anyone has questions and wishes to contact us, Panos was kind enough to list our phone number in his complaint. Please feel free to dial me up any time, or if you would like to contact Mr. Gianneotis directly you may do so at 877-423-0257. I, Alberto Colon and COR Development Group, Inc. hold no ill feelings toward Panos D. Gianneotis for this posting however, we would hope that now that he has had a chance to express his feelings on this matter, that we part ways agreeing to disagree as to the outcome of this venture partnership. We in good faith returned his asset as he provided it to us when we parted ways. We consider the matter closed, and gratefully appreciate the opportunity to rebut this posting to set the record straight from our perspective. Sincerely, Alberto B Coln Director of Operations/CEO COR Development Group, Inc.
