Core Skin Care aka coreskincare treatment. Thought I was getting cheap samples. Turned out to be bait and switch. Internet
Bait and switch? Offerred free samples(only pay shipping) I didnt know it was a reorder thing til more product came and more charges. I called to cancel, return unopened product and get refund. First they said no to all. Then kept offering me more and more % refund, saying I had to accept before finishing cancellation. I refused all offers and demanded to talk to my bank first, Finally, after 27 minutes on the phone, they gave me a cancellation # and said they'd refund 100% of the reorder charges. Not many 68 yr old customers would hang in so long! I thought sombody ought to know about this sketchy deal and how to fight it!
