I started a limited liability corporation in 2004 and had Corporate Creations do the incorporating for us, they automatically set themselves up as registered agent which you must have in order to incorporate, no bill for this service was ever sent to us, and we never heard anything more about it.
After 3 years of not hearing a word from them they show up demanding over $500 for the last 3 years. If you choose to do business with them, make sure you read ALL of the fine print as they engage in deception business practices in my opinion.

Corporate Creations formed Farco Investments LLC in Kansas in August 2004 at the request of Kirk Farley. Corporate Creations served as registered agent for three years and mailed invoices every year to PO Box 1414, Manhattan, KS 66505. The invoices were ignored for three years.
In August 2007, Corporate Creations collected $510 in past due invoices for the years 2005, 2006 and 2007. When a new resident agent was appointed, Corporate Creations stopped invoicing Farco Investments LLC. Kirk Farley filed a defamatory complaint after Corporate Creations successfully collected the past due invoices.
