On June 28, 2010 I purchaed an outfit for my daughter to wear to her 3rd birthday party which was to be held on July 18, 2010. The purchase was around 100 dollars, which is not cheao for a child's dress. I made it clear with my order that the dress was needed by July 14. I received confirmation of my order. On July 9 I contacted the merchant to check on the status of my order. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks before I received it. In turn via email I reminded her of the due date. I was then told I needed to make another payment of 25$. The payment was made and then July 14th came and no package arrived. I called the store, to wit no reply. I e-mailed the owner, again nothing. On July 15 again calls and emails which were not answered. On July 16 I called and e-mailed a few more times. Finally at 1:30 p.m. on that date I received an e-mail that when they returned to their office I would get a response. Because the dress was needed right away I called agian, no one answered and e-mailed that the dress had been promised and it was urgent. I was then advised by e-mail that the dress would not be coming and I would get a refund. I did not even get an apology until later when mention of the Better Business Bureau came around. This person advertises 24/7 service yet does not provide same. Such allegations are fradulent and violate the consumer protection laws. After this happened I looked up the store and the Better Business Bureau in Texas had similar complaints as did the Rip Off Report. I should have checked sooner. This business and person are unreliable and untrustworthy. Buyers beware. As of this date I have not received my monies. And as aside she charged me a 25$ rush fee and the website says 24$. It looks like nothing in print is true. Stay away! No dress came and money yet to be refunded.
