They refused to waive the late fee charge $8.38 after I have not received the bill in mail for about 6 weeks. They replied I could check the bill online. That's unbelievable as I always like to receive paper billings. No courtesy on their part even I begged them just to waive at one time. I am looking forward to disconnecting Cox Internet/TV service when I move out after my apartment lease expires in 8 months. I do not recommend Cox to anyone.

YOU know you have the service and the bill is due on a regular basis. This is nothing more than a deadbeat ruse to avoid paying your bill.
