I recently had a horrific experience with this dealership and I'm now warning the public to NOT waste their HARD EARNED MONEY on ANY vehicle from COX NATIONAL LLC. located in Bronx, New York.

I myself wasn't fooled by the fake smile on the typical car salesman who couldn't sell water to a whale. I know what I wanted and they sold it bottom line. I purchased a luxury vehicle(don't buy luxury vehicles from used car dealerships)and the next day my car had to be taken back for repairs. After a long two weeks I finally got my car back, fixed, at least thats what I thought. To curtail a long story I was back and forth trying to repair my car for weeks.

Nonetheless my patience was running short so I took my car to its manufacturer and to my surprise I was alerted that my car was in a BAD front end accident which in return voided my warranty.

After going back and forth with the management, the OWNER of COX NATIONAL finally told me he REFUSED to REPAIR my car. Now under the lemon law I'm protected and have filed complaints and will pursue this suit to its fullest extent.

I guess he thought he could take advantage of consumers and will be proven wrong very soon. There are thousands of dealerships in New York City let alone the Bronx.

Yes, i'm disgruntled because this dealership treated me unfairly and they will continue unless its brought to the customers attention.

In New York State the lemon law warranty was designed for used cars. So as I said I am protected. In some cases if you don't fall within the given time frame the lemon law warranty will be void. In this case all my documents and mileage at the time of my report fall within the lemon law mileage/month guidelines. For more information you can google New York State lemon laws. Again thanks for you comment and wish me luck in my quest to get what is owed to me.

There is no Lemon Law for used cars. What you should've done was taken the car to a mechanic and run a Carfax report before spending your hard earned money. Your only out here is to contact the AGs office, but if the car was sold as-is, you are pretty much screwed. However, if the car was sold with 'the balance of the manufacturer's warranty', then you might have a chance.
