#2Consumer Suggestion

Andy, I admire you just for telling about your scam...considering the product. The heckler was right, though, the fraudsters think they can by-pass fraud by putting "placebo" in the advertisement. Placebo means it was fake to begin with. Never ask a mail order company for permission to get your money back when there's fraud involved. Fraudsters don't play by the rules, that's why they win so often. If you paid by credit card then you should file for a charge back with your credit card company. If you gave them your bank account number then you should go to your bank and file an ACH (Automated Clearing House) Fraud complaint form. Ask your bank to place an ACH debit block on your account or change account numbers. In the future I suggest you consult with a plastic surgeon about enlarging your p***s. If you prefer the unusual approach you can always call Howard Stern. Good Luck

It means it doesn't work. If you thought it was going to work you well then you are just plain silly. THe fact that they don't refund the money is a rip how ever you can dispute the charge with your credit card company. If you didn't use a credit card well then you are just out of luck.
