Placed a "free trial" order online for tea from Wu-Yi Source Tea/Easy Weight Loss Tea. They asked for a cc # for "verification purposes only," which seemed normal, to verify consumers were 18+. Well, never got the "free trial" but was charged $19.95 (disputed), then $19.95 (disputed), then $190 (disputed), and since October 2008 have been charged $19.95 monthly by one of the above three companies (all charges have been disputed and removed).

Tried to contact companies by numbers on my bills, but got no response. In fact, once (CPIpay.com) the phone was answered and placed on a countertop and I listened to someone listening to the television. Seriously!! However, when my credit card company called the same number 30 minutes later, some guy answered all business-like and informed me that I agreed to some hideous $200 charge for tea! Who would pay that much for tea? OMG!

I have done some internet research, and found that the FTC is doing an investigation and anyone who has been frauded by these/this company(ies) should file a complaint. Remember, victims are the ones who don't fight back!
