These guys (paul and John) are not on top of it, and shipped me someone else plate, then gave me a hard time when I asked for the shipping cost that I incurred shipping back their mistake.
When I asked about crediting my account, they sent a very rude, profane reply asking why I didn't appreciate the Obama 1 million-dollar bill they sent as repayment for their mistake. Actual email:
" Greg, are you a scum bag? A piece of sh*t? Or just your normal f*cking *ss hole dip sh*t? Send us back the f*cking Obama Million dollar bill that we sell for $19.95 and d*ck wad, we'll send you two f*cking dollars. *ss hole. What a piece of sh*t you are? We show appreciatiion and you c**k s*cker wanna push for more. F*ck you, send the Obama gift back and we'll send you $2.50. Guess it takes all kinds of sh*t pieces out there to make up this planet. John"
So there we stand, I'm so sorry I took the time to send back their mistake so quickly, or for that matter, at all. I hope that another company like (((competitor'a name redacted))) can take care of your needs, because these guys deserve to learn the art of customer service.
