Creation Entertainment Poor customer service refund has now taken 2 months Internet
We bought 3 autograph tickets for an August, 2002 convention in Michigan. The stars did not appear, so emailed the company to let them know we wanted a refund. They stated that the refund would be credited to our account 8/19/02. It is now 10/29/02, and we have yet to see a refund, even after repeated calls and emails to the company.
A recent call (10/24/02) yielded information that our refund had been missed because of a change in accounting systems, and that our account would be credited that day for the total amount plus handling fees ($130.50), and at the latest be credited on 10/28/02. As of 10/29/02, our account has still not been credited, and we have received no calls from Creation Entertainment to notify us of any delay (as promised during the 10/24/02 call).
I am shocked at the poor customer service that Creation Entertainment has shown. I'm sure that any of their employees would be just as upset as I am if they were in my shoes.
