Creative Media Plus John Cullen, John McCaffery criminal deception in radio media buys, owe over $12K out of pocket to my company, over 6 months trying to collect East Northport New York
John Cullen and John McCaffery used us for radio media planning and buying and were very good at prompt payment for the first three buys. After slowly increasing their buy levels, and having received credit from both us and Clear Channel, they stopped all payment. Our outstanding balnce is over $12,000 over 6 months for upfront payment to non-Clear Channel radio stations. They also owe Clear Channel in excess of $25,000 over 6 months. Agreed to a payment plan over 3 month ago. We have not recieved a dime or have had a phone call or email returned.
