Credit acceptance take the payments out of my account and say they did not ,refuse to speak to my bank .after my bank provide proof of payments taken out by credit acceptance corp they still denies that that have not taken out the monies from my accounts  . they reposess the cars and even though they have proof that they have the money with they took out they refuse to return the car.

they automatically take money out of your account thats not authorised  increase the monthly payment and bully you to accept and if you dont they come and reposses the car.

When you signed the contract you gave the dealership permission to charge you $26,000 for the vehicle

You are leaving out quite a bit of information in your complaint. You signed a contract with a dealership that used Credit Acceptance to finance your vehicle. You could have walked away at any time prior to signing the contract and not been obligated to pay anything.

All the terms of repayment are in the contract. If you didn't read it before signing - than that is on you. All dealerships have contracts that are favorable to the dealer and to the finance company. That's why you have to read the contract prior to signing it. If you don't like the terms, don't sign the contract. If you don't agree to the price, then why in the world would you sign the contract?  Signing means you accept all the terms. Once you agree to the terms, then you can't claim later that the sale isn't legal.

You are the one that is the first line of defense when it comes to protecting your wallet. No, I don't work for either the car dealer or the finance company.

TIP:  Read the contract before you sign it. If you don't like one or more terms or conditions in the contract, don't sign it. Get up and walk away.

PS:  If you don't like the financing, get financed through a bank or credit union before you shop for a vehicle or pay cash so you don't have to sign with a subprime lender.

First of all, credit acceptance is an auto lender, not a car dealer, so they didnt sell you the car. Secondly, GPS devices are legal in NY and your credit history dictated that your car needed a GPS in it. In fact by law you had to sign a form have the GPS installed. Third, the automatic withdraw from your account... seriously... how did they get your account info to make the withdrawl without your consent. You sound ridiculous... Ive worked in the car biz for a long time, and know that 3 of the four points you are making are not based in reality, the fourth one about your bank proof that you paid your loan sounds pretty fishy considering the other 75% of it can not possibly be true.
