If the payment was due on November 9, and you made the payment on November 9, that is too late. Their website clearly states that your payment will post in 24-48 hours. They are actually much faster at posting the payments than most credit cards, but they will not post your payment the same day you made it. When your statement dropped on November 15, they charged you the late fee. As for the overlimit fee. At ANY time between October 15 and November 15 were you over the limit? Or was your October 15 statement over the limit? That is the reason for the over limit fee. The overlimit fee does not usually post the day you are over the limit. It usually posts in the next billing cycle. Some people think that if they go over the limit during the month, but make a payment, they won't get charged. Sometimes you still do. Your December 15 statement probably showed another over limit fee. If that took you over limit again, your January 15 statement will show another. If you make only minimum payment, that will not cover fee. As for your credit report. They report the total amount due vs the credit limit and the credit reporting service you have picks that up as over the limit.
