I should have been warned when my order could not be modified after submission even though the product took 4 weeks to arrive.  Then auto billing did not succeed and I found internet access suspended.  However, they never tried to bill my card.  I paid the reactivation fee, and re-set up auto pay.  However, again I have no internet access and when you call there is no one who will talk to you.  Their sales department only accept sales calls.  Once they have your account number they disconnect you and tell you to go to the website.  The website has NO contact information.

So once you have the service you are totally on your own.  There is NO customer service at all.  You get a voice only if you are purchasing the product.

Very sad that they couldn't do better for their customers.  They have never tried to bill my card once.  Instead suspend you so you have to pay reactivation fee.  I will take them to small claims court if this continues.
