So as I understand it, you bought a phone for $99 that ended up not working correctly. Did you try to get it replaced under warranty? Also, you claimed that Cricket had terrible customer service. Did you call the Customer Service number to try and resolve the issue? Furthermore, what problems were you having with the phone? Also, remember that the phones are not made by Cricket, Cricket only gives service to the cell phones. You said that they charged you for the time to get the phone working? I've never heard of that before. Lastly, concering the bill, when did you disconnect/cancel your Cricket service? On the same day? If it was the next day or two after having the phone, Cricket's billing system automatically sends a bill for month's due date.
