Cricket Communications Cricket communications cricket will not let you cancel your service san diego, California
I called Cricket to cancel wireless service and they asked for my birthdate which I gave them to cancel service. They said it did not match what they had on record. I said that their record was errorneous and bogus and told them I know my birth date.
I also had all my account info to give them and all my personal information and they refused to cancel my service due to birth date that they purposely file in error so no one can ever cancel account.
I told them to go to h**l and then called Visa and they canceled the credit card
and will send me a new one. Cricket is the most corrupt company I have ever done business with. horrible service, useless web sit, employees are huge liars and a**holes.
