Complaint Review: Cristiana Paula Photography - Tampa Florida

I am here to say not only is Cristiana an awesome photographer who's images are very inspiring, but is also an upstanding business owner.

I find it both ridiculous and sad that this person went to a website like this to besmirched Cristiana's good name because they couldn't pick up the phone or answer an email. 

I can absolutely vouch that Cristiana and her business is in no way a scam and you would be more than satisfied to have her as your photographer.

The person who filed this horrible report is truely an idiot!!!!  Cristiana is the most wonderful photographer I have had the pleasure to know.  She did an amazing job at my out of state wedding and has since done two other settings for me.  

I was so shocked and surprised when reading the words of the person that wrote this ripoff report. I can honestly attest as an old employee of Cristiana Paula, that she does everything by the book.

why would she not want to please each one of her customers when she loves her business and would only want good for everyone.

Please do not trust this person that wrote on here. Cristiana is an outstanding photographer and she handles her business in a very professional manner. I could only attest to good things about Cristiana Paula Photography.

I was shocked and disgusted by this report! Not only is Christiana an unbelievable photographer, but she is the nicest person I have ever met. She goes above and beyond the call of duty for her clients.

I am a new photographer and Christiana has taken me under her wing. She is not worried about training her competition.  She really sees photography as an art to be shared with the world, not just a way to make money.  I find it very hard to believe she would scam anyone. Why would this lady wait 6 years to report a scammer?

I am newly engaged and have, of course, booked her as my wedding photographer. Im  incredibly excited to see the amazing art she can produce. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my special day. I have spoken to numerous wedding vendors, DJs, wedding coordinators and venues who rave about Christiana. I even had a wedding venue offer me a huge discount because I was associated with Christiana.

I have also assisted Christiana at photo-shoots .  She is extremely professional and all of her clients love her. They operate at a level I can only dream of.  Both Photographers have 2 top of the line camera bodies, numerous lens and top quality lighting.
They also have backups for their backups. They come prepared for anything.  You wont ever see them unprepared. They also operate with kindness. The wedding parties have a great time taking pictures, instead of having  photographers ruin the mood by
barking orders at people. 

It makes me very sad to see someone trying to tarnish the reputation of such a kind, hard working person.  Please do not consider her report when deciding on a photographer. You will not find a better person  to capture your memories.  

I was shocked to read the post against Cristiana Paula Ware.  This is not at all what Ms. Ware is like! Also, it is standard procedure for professional photographers to receive full payment up front.

Ms. Ware DOES have a legitimate business in the Tampa Bay area of Florida (formerly Cristiana Paula Photography, now Ware House Studios). I am a wedding planner who has worked with her a couple times. Not only does she give everything she contracted for, she has a giving-above-and-beyond attitude in her work.

Do not take this critical post at face value. Ms. Ware's side of the story needs to be heard.

I got married on August 6th 2011, almost a year ago, and Cristiana was my photographer.

While searching for a photographer for my wedding, I met with several people and knew exactly what I wanted. No one seemed to get my vision as well as Cristiana. My first impression of her was that of a professional, prepared and extremely talented individual. I instantly knew that Cristiana was going to be the one I would give the enormous task of documenting of the most important days in my life. Not only was she sweet, but she knew what I wanted and was very accommodating to my needs. She went on to do my engagement photo session and my entire wedding. Cristiana was in constant contact with me throughout the entire year and never failed to respond to my emails/ calls. The work that she did was impeccable and my husband and I could not be happier with our photography.

We had an album made by Cristiana after the wedding, so I have over a year of experience as a client of Cristiana's. I believe she is nothing like what the person above commented and would highly recommend her to my family and friends. Cristiana Paula holds a legitimate and reputable business and I have never heard otherwise.

Cristiana Paula is a talented artist that loves what she does. It is obvious she enjoys what she does as soon as you see her behind the lens of a camera. Posts like these just damage people who are trying to do the right thing, support their family, and have a career they love. If I was not a believer of her art and the work she does, I would not be writing this post. As a client, I am extremely happy with Cristiana and would definitely hire and support her again.

HI everyone, this is Cristiana Paula, the photographer accused above of "scam". Unfortunately, I know the person that filled the report. Six years ago, she booked a baby package consisting of  4 sessions.
 I photographed the maternity and one baby session. Tried to contact her to deliver the images, left messages with her husband, and didn't hear back until last month.
I have the same phone number, email and website. Since she is from Brazil, I assumed she had moved back. Her friend who referred her to me is testimony that I called her trying to locate the client.
Now, I am a professional photographer for 12 years. I am PPA and FPP member. I am a Liason for the Certified Professional Photographer commission ,I proctor the tests for the CPP. We are on the Knot, Wedding Wire, winning best of Knot.We have a perfect reputation,you can email many wedding coordinators in the Tampa bay area .
Photography is not only my business. It is my life, my career of choice and my passion. Those who know me, can testify that I absolutely love what I do and have a wonderful relationship with my clients. This is an absurd and I am still in disbelief that this is the same person I spoke this morning .
I told her we usually don't keep all the files after 6 years,but that I would try to do my best to find them,and this morning( 8/01) I offered to photograph her family at no cost if that would make her happy ,while we are in the process of  digging into 6 years of archived files to find her images.
After finding out about this report tonight, I thought of canceling the session and calling my attorney and sue her for defamation of character, but instead, I remembered this :  1 Peter 3:9

Dont repay evil for evil. Dont retaliate with insults when people insult you. Instead, pay them back with a blessing. That is what God has called you to do, and he will bless you for it.
