Apparently, I am not alone, did work over two months ago. Same modus operandi, you contact Cheryl for payment and she says it was being mailed out that week, three weeks later, no response to emails or calls.
It appears whenever they get assignments out of state they rip-off appraisers who do the work honestly and diligently.
Thankfully, it wasn't for an extraordinary amount of money, a couple of hundred bucks. Keep it, i got off cheap...karma is a b***h.
I will make sure to spread the word.
