Cross Country Bank ripoff deception Boca Raton Florida
I was trying to rebuild my credit, so I tried Cross Country Bank Visa card, which was offered for people who needed a new avenue to rebuild their credit. Well since I've had the card my credit limit was $250.00 out the $250.00 I was only able to use $100.00 the rest was considered to be their fees.
Well I've made several payments but the balance never goes down it just keeps getting higher and higher. They add on all of these hidden fees that I was unaware of and it caused me to go over the limit which is an extra $30.00 and on top of that even if you pay by phone on the day the bill is due they still charge you an additional late fee of $30.00 that they do not inform you of.
They constantly have their employees call you at work and play phone tag with you. They are very rude and unpleasant people to work with. I started off at $250.00 now my bill is $463.00 in spite of the payments that I have made the balance keeps going up so basically it's like I'm giving them free money because it's obvious my balance is never going down.
