Cross Country Bank ripoff business from hell cheated employees screwed the customers even more consumer fraud ripoff Philadelphia Pennsylvania
Cross Country is ripoff as follows: Am retiree that gets pension on the first of month. Have tried several times to get billing date changed from 27 of month to 2nd, to no avail. Cross country charges me $30 for over limited amount plus $30 for late fee. The overlimit was hatched by Cross Country, that wont give explanation of how it happened, since I cancelled this acount several years ago. The new assessments keep comming. No one at the Bank seem to have the ability to amerloate or knowledge how to handle problems. I don't think that they speek English too well. Their 26% rate is userous. They increease at will. I am trying to find a way to rid myself of this unscruplerous company.
