On May 28, 2012 we were approached at our home by two door-to-door salesmen.  There was a female, Jessica Bell, and a male.  They told us that they were college students selling magazines so that they could win a trip to the Virgin Islands.

We bought a subscription to Taste of Home magazine, sixteen issues for $50.00.  Jessica Bell took down our information, took our money, wrote a receipt and left.  It has been over a year and we still have not received our magazines.

I called the phone number on the receipt and talked to a woman who alleged that during the time of our order there had been a big mix up at their company so that was probably why we hadn't received our magazines.  She said she would have a manager call us and that we would get our magazines and our $50.00 back.  We never got a call back.

Two days later, we tried to call the same number back, and it would not go through.  We searched the company online and found out that they are scamming others as well.  We were able to find another phone number in which we called.  We talked to another lady who said if we email her our receipt she will send us back our money and our magazines by next Friday.  We'll see!
