curl genetics I noticed curl genetics on instagram , looked at all the ladies wearing the hair, read their reviews, so I went and purchased 2 bundles of the texture koily . this was in 11/2016. little did l know, it was going to take until 3/2017 to get my merchandise! the owner identified herself as "miss Bassey", I contacted her numerous times, left v.mail, she would always guarantee the package was on it's way. then she started to avoid my calls, all of a sudden, I couldn't have access to her website, she blocked my computer I.p. address,Houston Texas
Horrible service! I ordered 2 bundles of the texture koily in 11/2016, before the holiday, and after repeated conversations w/ the owner, miss bassey, v.messages, I didn't receive my order until march 2017! She blocked my computer I.p. Address so I didn't have access to her website. We work hard, very hard for our coins, and I as a consumer didn't deserve to be treated like that! I believe miss bassey only sent my order , because I threatened to contact the better business bureau in Texas. Please make sure that this horrible experience is posted! Thank you....
