Complaint Review: CVS Phenix city Christina - phenix city al

Why is the alabama board of pharmacy protecting this cvs pharmacy? They have been in trouble twice for hiring unqualified people to handle medicines. They have abused and mistreated customers at this location who refused to fill medication retaliate when you file a complaint, and when the board finds in their favor they embarrass you and tell you to leave and not come back in front of all the other customers.

The complaints on google reviews keep complaining about the service my mom received. But their was no excuse for how my mom was treated or me because the board of pharmacy ruled in their favor to act like complete psychos.

CVS seems to be a safe haven for these bad pharmacists. Then they lie on their facebook that they care for their customers. Then cvs transferred Matthew to the Summerville rd location where we were forced to transfer our medicine because of him. So that tells you right there how exactly they feel about us. To keep a drug addict whos been in trouble with the board of pharmacy several times and for violating his probation.

  They need to be held liable for keeping an abuser as he is employed.

There is more to the story he was a drug addict and an alcoholic.  He already got in trouble in 2015 but this CVS location still hired him & my mom had to suffer because of his abuse him abusing alcohol & drugs. The Board put him on a  lie detector test about his drinking if he had been drinking from 2017-2021 until the time of the test which they said he lied.

Then in 2019 CVS hired him & they knew about his drug abuse & alcohol abuse but still hired him. They used him to get rid of my mother then he violated my mom's privacy rights saying the Pharmacy Board ruled in their favor. Nobody has to take this kind of abuse!  How is he still a Pharmacist? This angers me so much with what they got away with at this cvs.

Christine her actions telling my mom to leave & she didn't do anything. Because it was a set up from Dereck from earlier in the day on 01/10/2020. I hate them with a passion this is unforgivable what they did to my mother & me.

Why do me & my mother always get treated like this! I have never understood it & it drives them mental when we do stick up for our rights.

But the police in phenix city their actions speak louder than their words.  Christine lied about my mom to the police saying she didn't want her back in the store & the police went along with it!  This public defender told us how stupid the police are in this town. They aren't stupid they know what they are doing. They go against the victims & side with the criminals!

Christine & Matthew are criminals. They're all criminals in the pharmacy at this cvs.

The Board of Pharmacy and cvs district manager are the problem for why this happen to me and my mom. Matthew had no right to say my mom wasn't welcome back. She didn't do nothing wrong but filed a complaint to the Board of Pharmacy and these bigot pharmacist were after my mother. Matthew Ryan, Dereck, They slander you to other pharmacies in town.

  We still don't regret filing the complaint to the Board of Pharmacy.  But I have to warn people they will not do anything to these bad pharmacies. These pharmacy can kill someone for getting their medicine dosage wrong which is what Ryan smith was doing. The board of pharmacy will still claim they couldn't find anything wrong.

  But these cvs pharmacist are bums to get the medicine dosage wrong, just for us had to come back. Matthew is the abuser he took the law into his own hands to get us back. But he had the permission from the Board of Pharmacy to treat us like this.

We were never bad customers they were the ones in making the big deal about filling our medicines. But people have the gall to tell me that I caused the situation. When it was Matthew and Christine who caused it. These scum get protected!

I heard horror stories online from other people who went through the same thing we did. They were told to stay away from them but the so-called victims would go to their place of work knowing they would be there so they would have to go in hiding.  I refuse to go in hiding as we didn't do anything to ashley or chaz. They are demented Schizoaffective criminal psychos.

 They did the same exact thing to us but they crossed the line. They had people stalk us & follow us around then lying to our lawyer that we were following them. They went as far as to befriend our church friends to slander us.

She even had her family move in, so she could come over to harass us and torment us.   So please tell me again how I am bothering her?

One of my complaints to the board of pharmacy. Were they saying they had my medicine in stock? Then when we would get there they didn't.  This is another form of abuse making us come to the store to tell us it wasn't in stock. But customers aren't allowed to get upset. But Matthew & Christine & Dereck can act like it. But then falsely accuse the customer of being a trouble maker.

Matthew and Christine lied to the police. The police are never too lazy to harass or abuse me & my mom who is innocent. But they are too lazy to pull over people for speeding or running red lights in this town. That is why people drive crazy & run red lights.

Then they would keep the drive-through window close. It was the district managers letting them get away with them abusing customers & lying about them.

My mom has always experience meanness and injustices and cruelness along with me. This was cruel to what CVS did to my mom. And I. It was Matthew who started it and I nearly go crazy haven't to explain to people over & over the situation because they are too hard-headed to listen.  

  Or they just ignore me being crueler towards me. Matthew and Christine were downright cruel toward my mother. But my mother was set up by the pharmacy employees. But we are white you know.  Christine was not the manager I don't care what the cops said. And she was abusing her position. I see why store management hired Matthew and Christine to get rid of my mother and me.

The other problems we would have at this location. They would say they would have our medicine in stock. Then when we got them oh they don't have it just to anger us.  But then they made one of the trouble makers who were harassing one of the 3 pharmacists the pharmacy supervisor.

 The Board of Pharmacy makes customers' problems even worse. When they side with the pharmacy. They are low down lowlifes too. And don't even get me going when people ask who is they.

I just want to know why I'm treated so differently. And why CVS treated us like this! We had been customers at this location since 2007. Matthew Christine & Dereck were the cause of our problems! They need to be fired for their bad behavior it was very uncalled for. But they turned it around & made my mother the trouble maker.

Matthew was going to take the law into his own hands. The management gave him permission to. They are just as sorry & a bunch of sorry bums! They didn't want us, customers, anymore. We were treated badly at every other pharmacy in town I just want to know why! That is why we were at cvs the longest because of how badly we were treated at other pharmacies in town.

  Then we started to get treated badly like everywhere else! We were being treated like this all over again! I want to know why people think they can violate our civil rights! Then I unjustly get called a fraud and a liar!

People don't have to take being abused. But the pharmacy staff didn't want us as customers anymore because they had been trying for a while to get rid of us, but we kept going back to show them they aren't going to get away with abusing us.

 We were customers at this CVS location since 2007. They hired this scumbag, Matthew, to take the law into his own hands to tell us not to come back, They were full of it to treat us like this! If people are tired of me. Why can't they stop trying to treat me bad then maybe I wouldn't have to make complaints.

  Then they claim to be so much smarter & educated. Well, a pharmacist who is a demented bully telling a customer they're not going to fill their prescription because that I what my complaint to the Board of Pharmacy was about them not treating us right & giving us a hard time about filling our medicine for no reason. They were always making the issues about filling them until this Matthew came along.

 One problem we overheard the district manager sticking up for the employees, saying if they don't have medicine in then they don't have it They are supposed to order medicine when they are running out this was another problem people have with CVS.   That is why we kept having issues & bad treatment because the district manager was always siding with them.

So CVS found a way to get rid of me and my mom through Matthew. We had never been told to leave & not come back ever! And over a complaint, he was taking the law into his own hands. I put in my complaint to the Board of Pharmacy about how we were being treated badly & harassed.

Then the Board of Pharmacy investigator found that they did nothing wrong. Adding fuel to the fire to treat us bad even more. But Matthew crossed the line in yelling at my mother telling her to leave & not come back over a complaint. And what was his point with saying I read what you put in your complaint?

Violating our privacy rights but WellCare says they only cared about pharmacy privacy and pharmacy employees' privacy. But it's okay to violate the customer's privacy. Then they claim to have resolved the complaint which is a lie. There is no help at all for customers who get abused & embarrassed like this.

Matthew started acting like a psycho. But he and Christine turned it around and lied to the police that my mom was acting like and of control crazy person trouble making customer. It was all recorded on our cell phones. But nobody wanted to look at it because it would be over with, & the cops would have to help us out.

  Which the police rather be against us.  Bad abusive employees like Matthew are being protected. CVS allows them to abuse customers & unjustly ban people from their store after being falsely accused of being a trouble maker. When it's the pharmacy employees who are the trouble makers. And who are the ones causing the problems & getting innocent customers kicked out for no reason.

The Board of Pharmacy unleased a pack of wolves to retaliate against me and my mom. This just proves how sorry CVS is to let people like Matthew and Christine keep working & let them get away with being unprofessional & downright cruel and inhumane.

But we were white that is why. No other customers were being treated this way. I never saw them once ask anyone else to drive around. They always wanted to pick on me & my mother. But as soon as we stand up to them they go off the deep end like how Matthew and Christine did. My mother wasn't acting like how Matthew was.

 Which is how they lied to the police like she was. They turned everything around & say my mother was acting out of control when it was Matthew acting like he lost his mind. But turned it around.

  While my mother was leaving the store,  Christine came after her telling her to leave & this is recorded also.

They shouldn't be allow to fill anyones medicine. They are complete demented psychopaths at this cvs location. It wasn't right what they did to my mother and me. Matthew is a complete scumbag so is the management at this store for telling him he could treat my mom that way. I will keep on exposing this store.

 I will post the video online of Matthew and Christine verbal alterication that they started with my mother.  A lawyer said it was slander that we can sue them for. For how they lied to the police saying that my mom started the altercation.

 They need to be shutdown! And ran out of town .

Why is it always different for customers?  They would never get away with what Matthew and Christine pulled. Acting like they just got out of a mental hospital.  These are the type of people handling our medicine. The Board of Pharmacy gives them permission to act like crazed animals. The Board of Pharmacy told them that they didn't have to fill our medicine & to treat us badly.

  I thought it would make a difference in filing a complaint to the Board of Pharmacy. I had no idea how dirty& corrupt the Board of Pharmacy actually is. They are pathetic imbeciles trash,  just like Matthew & Christine and the rest of the pharmacy employees at CVS.

  All they are is what they can get away with and hurting people. Like the way, they hurt me and my mom.

They are dirty dogs at this CVS pharmacy. They had no right to treat me and my mom like this, Telling us to leave & not come back over a complaint. We did nothing wrong then people always want to say I'm the problem. No I'm not the problem. It was Matthew who was the problem he thought he was going to take the law into his own hands to get rid of my mom.

   Then big mouth Christine got herself involved. I have her recorded coming after me telling my mom to leave. My mom recorded both Matthew and Christine but like usual the police don't want to view it. They are always against us for some reason. Even though we have proof my mom didn't start anything. Christine still lied to the police saying they don't want us back in the store.

  How low can people get to do somebody like this, We can sue for slander because we have video evidence. That is was Matthew who jumped on my mother first telling her to leave & not come back over a complaint.

How dare you say I am the fraudster. I have always had to endure abuse and harassment along with my mother from cvs pharmacist employees and pharmacist. Who had a problem with filling our medicine.  It's always been over nothing. They couldn't just fill our prescriptions which is what their job is. No, they wanted to be bullies and tyrants.  But I unjustly get accused of being a fraud.

  When all I have been if fed up with being bullied and discriminated against.  This site was designed for this purpose not to punish victims. But I get unjustly called a liar and a fraud. But this is just a tactic to protect the bad business.

I'm angry also how can the board of pharmacy not find they did anything wrong. Retaliation embarrassing someone in front of other customers how can the board of pharmacy find that the pharmacy did nothing wrong!?  And it has come out in the news that the district managers were bullying employees to get working while they were sick with the coronavirus.

 The board of pharmacy will just say they couldn't find that they did nothing wrong. That proves corruption right there. They made the pharmacist who misses counted my pills and shortens my medicine on several occasions supervisor over the pharmacy. That shows me that management had no intention of disciplining the employees to abuse us.

He was a real dirtbag for shortening my medicine so we would always have to come back to the store. They are mean horrible people at this cvs to have to lie to get rid of us. The manager looks like a scumbag himself. That is why this store is so bad and things never have gotten any better. Well for us anyway have never gotten better.

The board of pharmacy just gives them more ammunition to retaliate against the customer/patient. When they rule in the store's favor. That is why they always had an I don't care accident when we told them we would file a complaint against them. After seeing what this store manager looks like he looks like a scumbag! He made this one pharmacist the pharmacy manager who doesn't know how to count pills.

  And we would always have to come back to the store & get the rest. He was a dirtbag & did it on purpose. They would always run out of medicine that I need to take. This was another problem we had at this store. They should no better when they are about to run out of medicine to call ahead so they would always have it in stock.

  They are so incompetent at this location! Then again they are allowed to be incompetent. They have been trying to get rid of us as customers for a long time thanks to the board of pharmacy. They had to lie to get rid of us saying my mom started the confrontation.

 When it was Matthew & Christine who started it. Apprantenly its the lower end employees you know the PEASANTS as they call us now,  like LPN nurses  who have to follow the HIPPA & privacy  laws, not the pharmacist or doctors, or any RNS

The board of pharmacy disciplines other pharmacies pharmacists and techs in other pharmacies in the state of Alabama. But not CVS because they bribe them not to punish them. I'm not stupid like they think I am! How can they find no wrongdoing about lying about us always not giving the correct amount, always having to drive back to the pharmacy to get the pills they didn't give us.

  Treating us differently than certain customers. Well CVS has been exposed to bullying pharmacy employees by forcing them to work even though they have the coronavirus. Employees have exposed CVS higher-ups by creating an unsafe environment for filling customer prescriptions just like how they have bullied us,

  When people with power treat us unfairly & unjustly it always comes back to them. They were breaking state rules in their state about staying home for 14 days if you have the coronavirus. They broke them. They threw prescription safety out the window. They allow pharmacy employees to retaliate for filing complaints against them.

 But I never would have dreamed they would pull this outright lying to get rid of us. Which they had pushing for a long time.  Now they have bad-mouthed us to the other CVS in phenix city & they are beginning to harass us again. They are a violation of my HIPPA rights! And the board of pharmacy didn't find they violated them!

  I thought violating a patient/customer HIPPA/privacy rights was against the law and a very serious violation! But it's not when I am concerned! I always get kicked to the curb!

So the board couldn't find any misconduct violations. Or any wrongdoing on the pharmacy employees part. Yelling at a customer refusing to fill their prescription telling other customers your private business which was supposed to be between you & the pharmacy.  That the board of pharmacy ruled in their favor embarrassing you telling you to leave & not come back over a complaint?

The management just rewards bad pharmacist and gives them promotions to pharmacy manager! Talk about injustice. We had been getting our medicine for 10 years. They violated our HIPPA rights by bad-mouthing us to other pharmacies in town by calling them.    i thought violation of a person's HIPPA rights was a very serious thing.

  Yet when someone violates them like pharmacy employees the board finds nothing wrong. They had to lie to the police to get rid of us to get back at us filing the complaint. The pharmacy employees at this cvs locations are nothing but low life trailer trash scum! They started the confrontation on 01/10/2020. But as usually the business always wins & the innocent customer gets screwed even though the pharmacy employees were in the wrong!

 The board of pharmacy is full of trailer trash bums!

I can't get any justice from how the pharmacist Matthew harassed and discriminated against me.  Then I get unjustly told to leave and not come back and how Matthew said he was refusing to fill my legal prescription. It is against the law for a pharmacist to fill a legally written prescription by a doctor! It's also a direct violation of my civil rights!

Then the police said that Christine was the store manager, while they had a picture of the store manager at the front of the store was a male! It was also a direct violation of my privacy rights and civil rights when he yelled out my complaint that I had filed with the Alabama Board of Pharmacy. In front of the other pharmacy customers!

  Then he said that I was messing up all the other pharmacy customers which they were only two! No, it was messing me up intentionally!

We will be suing CVS for civil rights violations. So this unfortunate thing that happens to us doesn't happen to some other innocent person. I wasn't being unruly I was verbally attacked by the pharmacist Matthew for asking why I had to wait 1 hour for my medicine.  Then he said that I read what you told the Board of Pharmacy and that they ruled in our favor.

Then he said he wasn't going to refill my medicine which further goes against them in my discrimination lawsuit against them and telling me to leave and not come back. If other people can sue for civil rights and unfairness then so am I!

Bad customer service continues even after my complaints. The manager at this store was letting it continue allowing the tech to be an ugly and smart mouth. The more they didn't do anything the more they got ugly with me, And the incident happens on 01/10/2020 happen.

Businesses have way too much freedom to treat customers like this. If a customer had acted like this to them they would have been put in jail for disorderly conduct! So why don't they get fired for treating customers like this telling them to leave! Customers have a right to defend themselves! When being abused by store employees!

CVS is pond scum to allow them to treat customers like this. On Google reviews, another customer had already complained about her. But I guess that CVS was hired Christina to harass me and to tell me to leave along with the pharmacist Matthew. They were lying saying that they never received my prescription from my doctors office.

I always had to come back because they got my medicine wrong about this type of harassment. Each time that CVS didn't do anything to them they got more harassing and abusive. But I wasn't going anywhere I have a right to be treated like all the other customers!

 So they lied about me after the board of pharmacy ruled in their favor telling me to leave Matthew the pharmacist and him telling me that I was messing up all the other customers which they were only two. But CVS was saving Christina for me but she was being mean to other customers as well prior to my encounter with her.

I play the police for all of this for letting and chaz hawthorne to file harassment charges! And they got away with it other neighbors think they can harass me to then lie about me to the police that I'm bothering them because they believed ashley and chaz hawthorne side of the story! It's not fair that I have to live my life like this! I did nothing wrong and I am being unjustly condemned overlies that have been said about me!

Because the police and DA took ashle and chaz hawthorne side! It doesn't mean that they harass me and lie about me for the rest of my life! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

I don't bother anyone for them to wish ill will on me. Especially to these "STRANGERS" on this site! It's not right how they treat people they are cruel inhumane people that I have ever seen! Wicked just like from Sodom and Gomorrah. My neighbors wanted revenge because we had to call on their loud drinking parties and how their friends were throwing trash on our property.

And having the gall to get angry about being asked to move and how they damaged our grass by leaving skid marks on our yard. These pricks weren't taught to respect people or their property and how everything is about them!

No, they don't have a right to be rude or disrespectful , giving me bad poor customer service, or other negative behaviors. They don't have a right to lie about a customer accusing them or being trouble when the pharmacist and Christina instigated it!

And sharing your personal information like how the pharmacist did regarding my complaints! Customers don't have to take abuse no matter what the pukes say on this site who defends bad businesses actions!

There evil and unfairness or lies will not win! I recorded them talking abusively to me, telling my private business. My complaints are between me and the store and not other customers or other employees!

They know getting people upset who has high blood sugar upsets them. They are low life scum to treat somebody like this! Knowing their health issues!

You just have to spell out everything to people on this site! Or I think they act stupid on purpose!  I'm so disgusted with CVS that I rip up their ads that come in my paper! They allow the pharmacies and techs to abuse and mistreat people. And retaliate when you file a complaint against them! The Board of Pharmacy is just as guilty!

 They say if you been mistreated or treated unfairly  by a pharmacy or pharmacist. You can file a complaint with them! But then they don't do anything to them! They allow the pharmacist to violate your patient and customer hippa rights. This pharmacist had no right to tell other customers about my complaints and how the Board of Pharmacy ruled in their favor!

But the phenix city police are protecting them too! Because they are just scum! I don't care to go back to this pharmacy even if they are fired and lift the no tress pass! The entire  CVS company is scum if they allow their employees to treat customers like this, to get back at them for  a complaint, and to enable them to tell me not to come back.

  Just for filing a complaint for being treated unfairly and them getting my prescriptions wrong on purpose!

 Well, I know they were purposely giving me a hard time and shortening my medicine. They need to be fired. They know I am on high blood pressure medicine due to this type of stress harassment and bullying and being told that I'm the problem. It will cause health issues, but I remain active when I'm being picked on! Unjustly!

This p***k pharmacist and techs wanted me to sweat it out. Now they can sweat it out; they don't deserve those jobs. They don't know how to deal with customers.  Especially, Christina, she deserves to lose her job for the way she came running behind me wanting to attack me!

  And this other customer telling me he was some personal coach and he said I personally was flawed! And he was going to lie to the police about me. Well, I recorded him to with the way he spoke to me, telling me that I started it! No, the pharmacist started it by yelling at me about my complaint with the board of pharmacy!

  They were in the wrong, and so was he. Customers have the right to stand their ground! If anyone has any objection. I don't care! They had no reason to treat me the way they did!

 I just hate it when people get their way about getting rid of us! They retaliate because I filed a complaint with the board of pharmacy and other complaints I had filed with CVS. If they had just treated us equally like they have done with other customers, I would not have filed the complaint in the first place! They have some gall to get mad because I filed a complaint.

Even though it was their fault, to begin with when they were rude and disrespectful and not getting medication ready after I called it in over the phone. But CVS pharmacy never did have it ready when I went to pick it up!  CVS pharmacy is trailer trash of a company! If they hire these kinds of people and keep them employed!

The pond scum Pharmacist at CVS admitted after I'm not allowed to have my medicine filled theirs. They were intentionally not filling my refills that the Doctors office sent in. Then they caused me to get PO at them and tell them off!

I won't know why CVS allows its pharmacy employees to treat customers like this. Customers have a right to stand their ground and file complaints when they have been abused! I also hate the phenix city police for siding with them and saying they would arrest me if I come back to the store!

I didn't do anything! But stick up for me!

I would have never imagined that they would do something like this! The pharmacist and manager are pond scum to do something like this to a customer! They are messing with our health. They don't have a right to push a customer to the limit to tell them off! I hope that this pharmacist burns in H and everyone at CVS, including the board of pharmacy!

 For not doing nothing to them for failing to refill our medicine! That was what the main complaint was about!

They were giving us a hard time even before filing my first complaint! I don't care about what the Epsteins say on this site! Customers have the right to stand up for their rights! And how the pharmacist and acting manager Christina violated my civil rights by telling me to leave and not come back, over a complaint!

I did file a complaint with the Board of Pharmacy when they mistreated me and refusing to fill my prescriptions! The store manager is involved in letting the Pharmacy treat people like this with long lines waiting on the phone for over 1 hour.

Then they admitted today after the fact that I can't get my medicine filled their anymore. That they did receive my prescriptions from my doctors office and they were harassing me over the complaint I have filed with the Board of Pharmacy!

 This pharmacist had no right to unleash his anger about my complaint and tell our private business all over the store! No customer should have to put him with him.  He is dangerous! Apparently he has a problem with customers who file complaints!

He acts like how people do on this site who thinks it's okay to abuse customers because of what he sees other people treating others!

I was already leaving the store when Christina came charging at me, telling me to go embarrassing me! The pharmacist had unloaded his anger regarding my board of pharmacy, and he was going to say to me that they won! But he had no right to tell my private business in front of the other customers!

These businesses start fights with the customer!. But the customer doesn't have a right to unleash their anger back at them!  And this Pharmacist feels he has the right because the board of pharmacy ruled in their favor that they can unleash their wrath on me and attack me. Verbally and tell me not to come back!

They are other good reviews about this Christina being angry and hostile toward customers! We are the ones through this for NO REASON! He just wanted to make sure to let me know that they won the complaints!

  I want to know why pharmacist and tech are allowed to lie about customers and ban them for no reason!  WHEN THEY STARTED IT! BUT I KNOW HOW CORRUPT THE PHENIX CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT IS! AND THEY THEY TOOK THEIR SIDE! And the cops said they were friends with the store manager!

This pharmacist doesn't need to be working around along with Christina due to their violent outbursts! And unjustly banning customers who speak their mind against being abused! And how they are causing problems between me and my doctor's office and blaming them when they have been sending my refills to them and the pharmacy has been just throwing them away!

But I can show in my medical chart where its documented that my doctor's office did in fact send in my prescriptions!

When you treat customers like this, you are trailer trash to have to lie about them! To get back at them! But this sort of thing has always gone on in Phenix City because of its corrupt past!  Lying falsely accusing people. The local town historian needs to update his facts,  with him saying you couldn't find trouble in Phenix City. HAHAHHAH!

There is trouble going on all the time because of crap like what happened st CVS! Because the police want to side with the liars! And they claim they don't take sides. I bed to defer!

You already posted another report about the Pharmacy Board so the only problem with these reports are YOU!! You have no money, your mother has no money!! Remember the post about BANKRUPTCY because you two cannot pay your mortgage on time???

There is not VIDEO because if there was one YOU would be found to be the "trailer trash criminal" since YOU and YOUR mother cannot hold a JOB!

I have the right to be treated equally like all the other customers! But somehow these trailer trash CVS pharmacy employees think they're untouchable! I don't read the toxic people's replies on this site! I don't have to let what they say affect me! A customer has a right to get ugly back to employees when they are unjustly rude to them!

Oh please Charles we are begging you to post the video.  We've had to endure years of your complaints and I think it would be a real treat to see you in action.

He has no right to diagnose me with anything. I was sticking up for myself, but I guess he is a sexist and woman abuser! They made Ryan J smith the pharmacy manager after he has been ugly and hateful toward me and getting the dosage of my medicine wrong! The pharmacist was just mad because I called him out on what they were doing!
