cybersonic rip-off! waiting for replacement brushes, ..good luck.
i purchased a cordless toothbrush from cybersonic, torrance, ca in jun 2001. i was suppose to receive 2ea replacement brushes in three month intervals, but never received any, although cybersonic took $5.02 from my credit card for the brushes.
i called many times to no avail, then i sent an email to robert urich, email address, "[email protected]". he sent my email to mary armstrong of cybersonic, and after a month or so, she took action and in jan 2002 i did receive my 2ea replacement brushes. so, this may work for all others who are still waiting for their replacement brushes. good luck.

I have to say that I am not suprised by all of the negative comments regarding Cybersonic. I too purchased the Cybersonic via an infomercial and decided to break up the payments however they did not do that they charged me for the whole amount. However I was able to contact them and they did straighten it out but in the meantime I had found the Cybersonic here in town at a cheaper price. I returned the Cybersonic with no problems and a credit was issued and I did buy the Cybersonic at Kohl's(they sell extra brushes as well for those of you that need them I don't know about the whitening stuff though) also Foleys carried the Cybersonic as well. Now, my problem is that Amden Corporation is sending me replacement brushes when I sent the Cybersonic back to them and I am still on their program for free brushes which I do not want so I am trying to contact them and resolve this issue.
