Sacramento,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Yes Milton Marketing shares their office with SAS. In fact, they moved in because their old office was too expensive. It makes you wonder, if the managers are all making the money they are claiming to, why do so many of them share offices? I can tell you that the managers ARE NOT making that money. I was one of them. I worked for Cydcor and can happily say my eyes were opened before it got too bad. The problem is that Cydcor trains others to confuse people into thinking that the ONLY way to become a success is to go through them. ***DON'T BE FOOLED-The managers ARE paid in a PYRAMID system.*** They get paid an amount for every line that is brought in and then pay the employee after they take their cut. If the office does 50 lines, they get paid $2300 and then pay out $1650 to the employees. The rest ($650) goes to office rent, phones, recruiting ads, administration fees, etc. The problem is that most offices aren't doing that well, and the ones that are claiming to have very high rejects. During my 2 year employment, I learned a lot of things- both good & a lot very BAD. If someone does decide to work with ANY Cydcor office understand that the promises are empty. It doesn't matter how hard you work, because in the end it's a crap shoot. There are other positions out there with other companies that provide heathcare, 401K, salary + comm. (even six figures), and a positive environment. The sad thing is that there are a few people still at Milton Marketing (that have been in the field for more than year & even moved across the country to follow the owner out there)that I used to consider friends, but because it's looked down on to continue relationships with ex-employees I haven't talked to them. They have been promised over and over that Russ (the owner) will get them into management. Meanwhile he's hoping they don't leave because he can't sell on his own and can only make money if THEY do. If you are considering employment with ANY Cydcor office (and they really are all a like) know that you are better off somewhere else. I have lost thousands of dollars working for Milton & Cydcor a like. Chalk it up to the school of hard knocks.

I almost took a job with these guys, but I ended up declining it because another job opportunity popped up at the last second. I hadn't seen this site yet or learned of Cydcor's rep, but now I'm glad I declined it since I was almost falling for their promises of managment and so forth...I've noticed that every story I have heard on every Cydcor/DS Max office on this site is identical to my field interview with SAS, however I don't think their owner and managers were as bad as everyone has described other managers. At least they were honest about the long hours and strictly commision pay. One think I haven't seen pointed out yet though...if these companies are as great a place to work as the owners claim, why are they ALWAYS on job sites such as craigslist and monster (as is SAS)? The number of employees going through there must be staggering. I'm curious if Milton Marketing shares their office since the location listed in another post is the same as SAS...?
