Rancho Cucamonga - Driving Under the Influence & Conspiracy to Commit Hit and Run

DATE: May 22, 2015 at Approximately 9:10 PM

CRIME: Driving Under the Influence & Conspiracy to Commit Hit & Run

LOCATION: Archibald Ave. & 19th St. in Rancho Cucamonga

SUSPECTS: Cynthia James, 52 year old resident of Rancho Cucamonga

Gary Guglielmo, 64 year old resident of Upland

SUMMARY:

On Friday, May 22, 2015, at about 9:10 PM, suspect Cynthia James was driving her gray 2002 Toyota Sequoia in the area of Archibald Ave. & 19th St., when she was involved in a collision with another vehicle. Initially, James stopped and began exchanging information with the other parties. The other parties however, noticed James appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.

The other parties called 911 to report the incident as James pleaded with them not to. Suspect Gary Guglielmo, who appears to be the boyfriend of suspect James, pulled up after the collision driving his own vehicle. Upon realizing the police were on their way, Guglielmo convinced James to flee the scene. She got back into her vehicle and took off with Guglielmo following her.

James left her driver’s license behind when she fled and the other parties took down the suspects’ vehicle plate numbers. Deputies quickly identified both James and Guglielmo. Additional deputies went to the last known address for James in the 8900 block of Citation Ct. and found her and Guglielmo there.

James has several prior DUI arrests in her background. Both she and Guglielmo refused to cooperate with law enforcement and tried to hide in the house. Both were taken into custody and arrested for DUI and Felony Conspiracy to Commit Hit & Run. Both were booked into the West Valley Detention Center.

This is a copy of the court order denying Cyndie James FELONY probation release and keeping her nose to the grind stone.

Cyndie James of TalentsConnection Convicted FELON Denied Release From FELONY Probation

For those that contacted me deeply concerned about this felon getting off of her probation, she failed! Not only did the Deputy DA do a fantastic job, but the people behind the scenes including MADD were totally awesome and it was a SLAM DUNK loss to the convicted felon Cyndie James and her 12-15 aliases. She lost massively and it is a fantastic day for justice, peace, and safety here in Rancho Cucamonga knowing that in the blink of an eye, or if this drunk is anywhere near booze, they'll incarcerate her so fast her head will spin and it most likely is anyway. As further evidence I am attaching the court order and the letter from MADD here for the public to read.

Sticking with facts, Cyndie James is a convicted felon arrested for sex crimes, theft, and forgery and she has 5 convictions for DUI all very close together and she is a career criminal and clearly a habitual offender and she places people in grave danger.

Cyndie James is under the constraints of probation officers until July of 2019 and it is a 100% guaranee she will violate it and be locked up again.
