I orderd 5 items for Christmas gifts early in November. Was told they would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. Checked with them at 3 weeks, and the items had not even been shipped.

I requested a cancellation and full reimbursement when it was clear they would not be arriving by Christmas. They ignored this, and then gave me a tracking number after Christmas. 

Still haven't received them.  I no longer need or want the items since they couldn't get them here in time. Now they are saying it is my responsibillity to track this package down with the post office, their shipper, and even my neighbors! NO - IF THEY WANT THESE ITEMS BACK, IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBIOITY TO FIND THEM - NOT MINE.  I purchased from them in good faith.  They did not live up to their guarantee. They need to refund my paymnet now.

VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE!!
